AGU Hosts Intensive Training Camp for Women’s Artistic Gymnastics in Doha

Doha, Qatar – The Asian Gymnastics Union (AGU) successfully hosted a training camp for Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) from November 10th to 14th in Qatar. The camp was led by esteemed gymnastics expert Mr. Eric Gilbert Boucharin, who is widely recognized for his dedication.

The training camp welcomed 40 gymnasts and coaches from various countries across Asia, including Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Iran, Qatar, Jordan, the Philippines, Thailand, and Myanmar. This international gathering not only provided an intensive training and skill-building experience but also fostered collaboration and knowledge-sharing among gymnastics communities in the region.

Under Mr. Boucharin’s guidance, participants engaged in a comprehensive training program focused on refining techniques, enhancing strength, and developing routines aligned with international standards. This initiative underscores AGU’s commitment to raising the standard of Women’s Artistic Gymnastics throughout Asia and equipping young gymnasts to compete on the world stage.
