Chinese Taipei’s Tzu shines with three golds in WAG events
DOHA (QAT) AGU Office: Tzu Hsing Huang was the toast of Chinese Taipei’s success after she won all the three gold medals on Floor Exercise, Uneven and Vault in the women’s individual events at the 1st Junior ART Asian Junior Cup in Ulanbaatar (MGL).
Pleroma Kaka Wong of Hong Kong China claimed the beam gold.
Tzu tallied 12.800 points for the Floor honour. She was followed by her team-mate Yi Chen Lin (11.350) and Kaitlyn Lim (SGP, 11.200).
On the Uneven Bar, Tzu had 11.050 points which helped her to overcome Munkhnaran Enkhtuvshin (MGL, 9.750) and Emma Yap (SGP, 9.500).
Tzu completed her hat-trick of gold medals after she topped in Vault with 12.900 points followed by Kaitlyn Lim (SGP, 12.850) and Aru Inukai (HKG, 12.425).
Pleroma picked up her beam gold with 11.550 points. Emma Yap (SGP) was 0.400 points behind the Hong Kong girl while Rachel-Anne Liew’s 10.550 points effort helped Singapore claim another medal.
