Common Training Camp for WAG Coaches in Uzbekistan

Doha (QAT), AGU Office November 29, 2010: Uzbekistan Gymnastics Federation organized a common training camp for Women’s Artistic Gymnastics coaches during the period 26-31 September 2010 under the AGU development project for the year 2010. Coaches and gymnast from Jordan, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan have participated in the camp with a total of 6 coaches and 8 gymnasts.
The schedule of the course was as the following:
08:00 – 08:30: breakfast
09:30 -11:00: warm-up, special power and condition preparation, base acrobatics
11:00 – 11:30 (coffee-break)
11:30 – 13.00: practical and theoretical
13:00 -14:30 : lunch (at hotel)
14:30 -17:30: practical and theoretical
The practical sessions was hold in the Universal Palace of Sport in Tashkent. The training hall is well equipped with Janssen Fritsen equipments with a standard competition apparatus. But there is inadequate  training apparatus which is very important in the progression of training.
The camp was directed by the expert Konstantin Brodetskiy from Kazakhstan (KAZ National Coach).
In a current of each of days the participants took on one of skills of gymnastic and the based preparation traced sequence, a technique of training and techniques of execution gymnastic elements. A special board in the hall  was necessary to establish the graphically of the skills to represent biomechanics of gymnasts movement. Gymnasts had possibility practically to pass a way from execution of special exercises, before execution of gymnastic elements entirely. From simple to the difficult. All trainers took active part in training process and discussion of theoretical aspects.
We regret that not so many countries took part to this camp.
