OLYMPIC SOLIDARITY TECHNICAL COURSE FOR COACHES IN LAHORE 02-12 December 2016
Doha (QAT) AGU Office, December 12, 2016: The IOC Olympic Solidarity had allocated Gymnastics (MAG) Level I Coaches Course to FIG recognized Pakistan Gymnastics Federation. The course was organized by Pakistan Olympic Association in collaboration with Pakistan Gymnastics Federation which started on 02 December, 2016 at Government Islamia College, Civil Lines Lahore. In this Course 25 Pakistani Coaches participated (from Four Provinces, Army, WAPDA, Railways, Police and HEC) with Mr. Mazin Al-Mustafa from Qatar as the Expert to impart high level Gymnastics training and coaching to Pakistani Coaches.
The Certificate Distribution Ceremony/Closing Ceremony took place on Sunday the 11th December, 2016 in the Olympic House, 2-Hameed Nizami (Temple) Road Lahore. Ch. Muhammad Yaqoob, Vice President POA/ Chairman, Pakistan Volleyball Federation graced this occasion as Chief Guest and distributed the Certificates to the qualified coaches.
Mr. Painda A Malik, Council Member, International Gymnastics Federation /Executive Member, Asian Gymnastics Federation/ Executive Member, POA, thanked the Pakistan Olympic Association especially Lt Gen (R) Syed Arif Hasan HI(M) for allocating this Course to PGF.
