Common Training Camp for WAG coaches held in Hanoi

Doha (Qatar), AGU Office: The Common Training Camp for WAG coaches was held at the Hanoi National Coaching Center, Hanoi, Vietnam, with participation of coaches and gymnasts from the Philippines, Myanmar, Mongolia, Nepal and the host nation.
The Asian Gymnastics Union’s (AGU) target is to impart knowledge and provide up-to-date training methods so that the coaches can involve themselves in the sport’s development.
The five-day training programme, which concluded on April 6, was conducted by Eric Boucharin.
The Vietnam Gymnastics Federation Vice-President cum Secretary General Nguyen Kim Lan and Vietnam Federation of Physical Training and Sports Association Chairman Tran Chien Thang were among the officials, who welcomed the participants in the opening ceremony.
Besides, effective management and training of the female coaches were also part of the training programme.
