The SEAGZONE Executive Committee Meeting in Thailand

The SEAGZONE Executive Committee Meeting in ThailandDoha (QAT) January 28, 2013: AGU Office: The Gymnastics Association of Thailand hosted the SEAGZONE Executive Committee Meeting On 22 January 2013 in Bangkok Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel with the presence of 8 federations (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia and Myanmar) attended the meeting.
Mr. Chan York Heng Phillip conduct the meeting instead of Mr. Sawat Sopa since he have to leave Thailand for important meeting concern Science Society of Thailand and Mr. Srayuth Patanasak will be the Secretary General of the SEAGZONE.
The Main topic in the meeting is discussion for 27th SEA Games 2013 in
Myanmar and Election remaining of SEAGZONE 1st Vice-President, 2nd
Vice – President, EC Members TC Presidents and Auditor.
The 1st Vice –President is Mr. Thein Win President of Myanmar Gymnastics Federation who will organize next 27th SEA Games 2013 and 2nd Vice – President is Mr. Chan York Heng Phillip President of Singapore Gymnastics. For EC Members a total of 5 federations from Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Vietnam. These federations must elect within their federation to be legal and official person. Concerning the TC Presidents we moved the SEAGCON TC President of each gymnastics disciplines to SEAGZONE TC President of each gymnastics disciplines. For Auditor the election of Mr.
Chalom Totong (THA) to be in position.
Mr.Srayuth Patansak Secretary General of the SEAGZONE managed Honorary Awards and Certificates to 24 members of SEAGCON for thank to all members for developed Gymnastics in South East Asia since established SEAGCON to SEAGZONE.
Mr. Srayuth Patanasak Secretary General of the SEAGZONE organized welcome dinner party at 37th Floor Sakura room , Imperial Queen’s Park Hotel to thank every federations and participants for attention the meeting. Between joining welcome diner we have 2 shows to express Thai culture and Ballet show from Thai Rhythmic Gymnastics gymnast.
All members were received warmly welcome and going back their
countries safely.

INTERNATIONAL GYMNASTICS FEDERATION (FIG)
– Singapore will organize FIG Artistic Gymnastics Training Camp from 21-25 January 2013.
-Indonesia will organize FIG Artistic Gymnastics Training Camp from 14-18 January 2013.
-Thailand will organize FIG WAG International Judges Course From 29 March – 2 April 2013.
-Thailand will organize FIG AER International Judges Course From 22-25 April 2013.
-Thailand will organize FIG TRA International Judges Course From 22-27 July 2013.
-Thailand will organize FIG MAG International Judges Course 2013
