Common Training Camp for Aerobic Gymnastics Coaching in Tehran – IRI
Tehran: Gymnastic Federations of the Islamic Republic of Iran organized a common training camp for Aerobic Gymnastics coaching during the period 12 to 18 December 2009 in Tehran.
The practice sessions was organized at Shahid Azarper gymnastic Hall and the Physical Fitness was organized at the National Olympic Academy of Iran as following: 2 sessions every day, morning during 10:00 to 12:30 am and after noon from 04:00 to 08:00 pm . 3 countries participate to this camp such as Mongolia, India and Iran. Mr. Majid Alipour, director of Aerobic Committee of the Iran federation was presided over the relevant camp while Mr.Hadi Ghasempour was the instructor.
Education sources such as physical fitness pamphlets and educational CD were provided and distributed to coaches and the coaches were able to discuss and exchange their experience regarding to the methods of Aerobic Gymnastics Training of gymnasts such as warning up ,movements fitness and also exchange of their experience in order to develop Aerobic Gymnastics , participating certificates were distributed to the athletes and coaches at the end of the camp. A cultural program also were organized to visit to Niavaran museum and the other cultural centers.
